With the holidays creeping up faster by the minute, we spent the weekend doing the last of the preparations. I spent the day on Saturday cookie baking with girlfriends and had an awesome time. We have 6 kinds so I'm calling it quits now! While I was doing that, Dave took the boys to buy the rest of the lights and finished hanging them outside. On Sunday we took the boys to see Santa and then went and bought our tree, which got decorated tonight. Our shopping is pretty much done so now we just get to enjoy it all before the craziness begins!
The boys were fine while we waited in line for almost an hour to see Santa. Once it was our turn, however it was a different story!
We didn't get a picture of it, but right after this, Wes turned his head to look at Santa and basically did the same thing Jake is doing here. Perfect. Peolpe in line were seriously laughing at us:)
Here's our tree right after we bought it. Pine needles are everywhere but you cannot beat the smell of that fresh pine!
